Hi all,
We have moved in yesterday. Tonight is our second night in the house. It has been a long project, almost 16 months since we started it. But it has been worth the wait. Generally, we like what we got now.
So we would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks and gratitude to all of you for building and designing the house for us. There were a lot of ups and downs but in the end, you all still see it through. We really appreciate this.
Also, please accept my sincere apology if I had not been in the best manner or behaviour from time to time. I have got no excuses so very sorry to all of you if I did go out of line with any of you, especially Mr Tay, sorry boss!
Also, thank you to you, Joanne, for your help with the documentation. So much documentation, not easy, I know.
Somebody, help me to convey our message to JK the plumber too. What a guy! God bless him!
And thank you to Ahmad, the electrician too. Rock solid guy most of the time. And the painter, another solid performer. And not forgetting Beng Hwa's team from China, really really good guys. Thank you, Lee, for the Air Cond, good work. Steven, for all the help in the lightings. We will only buy lightings from Lumiere now. And Angelia and Chenney, thank you for adding some life to the house and a burning hole in our pocket. And Peter, thanks, my kids love your karaoke and movie systems.
And lastly but not least, a big thank you to you both, Mr Er and Mr Tay, for your patience and understanding.

For WILLIAM (Technician)
Just a note to express my THANKS to one of your key Technicians, WILLIAM, who recently provided me with excellent, professional & friendly service in installing my home theatre system.I found William highly knowledgeable about AV products.I especially appreciate William's skill in wiring up & meticulously calibrating my whole home theatre system. William was also very conscious about ensuring that the cables were properly grouped & hidden to prevent messy cables from being seen. That was very considerate of William to use his initiative without me asking for it.
I was told that William, such a fantastic Technician, is leaving AV1 soon... and that is a real waste as William is really a super CUSTOMER-oriented and friendly AV technician.I've also noticed that William is really competent in his job probably because William is very proud of the high quality of work & service that he provides his CUSTOMERS. Well, to be objective, although I, like many of his CUSTOMERS, are sad to see William leave but... I guess everyone has to pursue their career dreams.
I sincerely wish WILLIAM all the best in his career advancement and may WILLIAM achieve all that he desires to achieve.
FOR PATRICK (Sales)
One more of your staff that I would like to compliment is your Top Salesman, PATRICK. The first time I met Patrick, I already felt he was an extraordinary salesperson. Firstly, he demonstratied good knowledge of AV products. Patrick was always able to understand my needs & requirements well. Unlike many salepersons I've met before, Patrick was never overly pushy. Patrick knows when to persuade & convince his CUSTOMERS to make a purchase decision. As Patrick has often mentioned, "so long as the CUSTOMER has genuine intention to buy, NO DEAL IS TOO SMALL OR IMPOSSIBLE TO CLOSE."
Furthermore, Patrick's consistent understanding, patience & experience in servicing CUSTOMERS like me is really worth mentioning.In my case, I only bought the home theatre system through Patrick only after visiting your store about 5 times before making a purchase decision. Patrick showed extreme patience in those visits. I guess it was his professionalism, selling skills, negotiation skills, friendliness & extreme patience that have made PATRICK the Top Salesman of AV1. Patrick is truly a great Salesman. Keep it up PATRICK. Well done!

I chance upon your Plaza Singapura branch on 4 Nov 2008, and was truly surprise to receive a, 'what I called an excellent customerexperience'.
I write to commendable Goh Kar Houl and his associate (apologise for not getting his name), a slim and in his early 50s (I guess).
They truly understand customer service and they were patient, helpful and knowledgeable.
In fact I did not encounter such service experience for a long time, and have since given up hope.
Though I am not purchasing any big ticket item, but just a Yamaha AVR and a HECO centre speaker; they show so much of enthusiasm and professionalism.
Staff like Kar Houl and his associate must be recognized and commended, because without such behaviour and attitude, there is simply no shopping experience.
Once again I would like to say to them, keep up the good work! You have made my day, a better day! |
